The semi automatic paper gluing machine is suitable for the production of file box, folder, dress box, shoe box, gift case, book case, etc. The product has high efficiency and wide adaptability, for it is highly adaptable to hot melt glue, bone glue, hydrogel, rice glue, and latex, etc.
The paper gluing equipment adopts variable frequency control. The stainless steel roller has undergone quenching and tempering as well as aging treatments, so it is wear and deformation resistant. In addition, rubber wheel friction paper feeding ensures high accuracy. What's more, the backflow rubber trough is equipped with indirect heating temperature control system, which can prevent trough from being stuck with glue under low temperature environment. The machine can be used independently or used together with other equipment to form various production lines according to product demands.

The semi automatic paper gluing machine can accommodate paper with thicknesses from 80 to 200 g and lengths from 100 to 2000 mm. The adjustable gluing roller ensures that glue is uniformly applied to the paper surface. Magnetic suction side board is used to fix the paper pile. In addition, the built-in cleaning system makes cleaning easier and quicker. In fact, now cleaning can be finished in five minutes.
